B. Field of action

Once a link sent and reported by the copyright owner, the content will be inactivated instantly, and not any other user will be able to access it. It’s the case for embedded files on other websites, as for files viewable and download on our website MixtureCloud.com. Every file loaded and hosted on our website will have created its own MD5 fingerprint.
While the upload of files, we consistently compare the MD5 fingerprint of the file, with the other MD5 fingerprints already hosted on our platform. If a MD5 fingerprint sent is comparable to a MD5 fingerprint already known as in infringement, the file will automatically be inactivated.

Please keep in mind that MixtureCloud keep itself the right to publicize any copyright infringement that will be made. As such, your declaration, (after having deleting personal information) might be displayed on the page of the file concerned. You’ll find an example of that kind of display at this link : http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca512/notice.cgi?NoticeID=861.
