In order to know if the payment you did has been received, you only have to go in the billing tab of your account.
Click on «account» > click on «billing» (blue tab at the right hand side).
Doing so, you will access to all the details of your account and the payments already done.
If the payment is properly displayed, you shouldn’t have any problem to view a file.
If the payment you did isn’t displayed, that means we didn’t receive the payment.
If so, thanks to contact us to let us know. Thanks in advance to attach the payment proof, with the transaction number confirming the payment, in order to solve out the problem in the shortest delay.

Are you sure you used the good name to log in ?
Warning: the name and password received by paypal are not the one you should use to connect yourself to your MixtureCloud account. It’s useful in order to connect yourself to your paypal account and manage your payments. Consequently, please make sure to keep it safely.
Concerning the access to the MixtureCloud’s account, the email and password are those you chosen while you created your Mixturecloud’s account.The name should be your email address.
If you don’t remember the password chosen when you created the account, thanks to follow the link www.mixturecloud.com/password and to fill in your email address.
You’ll receive in your emails a link that will redirect you to your MixtureCloud’s account. It will enable you to change the password of your account.
Warning: once you click on that link, you absolutely have to change the password, and save the changes. Otherwise you will have some issues to connect yourself to the account.

If the error message is:

«In response to a complaint received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, you can't access to this file »

That means that the user that shared the file didn’t have the rights requested in order to share it. The owner of the rights contacted us to remove the file, so that’s the reason why the file is no longer available.

In order to stop your MixtureCloud’s subscription, you should follow 2 steps:
Cancel your automatic payment toward your payment method
Cancel your next invoice

To do so, you should connect yourself to your MixtureCloud’s account.
In my account, Blue tab «billing».
In order to cancel the automatic payment, you just have in «manage my payments» to click on the payment method you used when you first paid.
In order to cancel the next invoice, you just have to click on the «cancel» button in the chart corresponding to the invoice to come.

It’s possible that your mailbox doesn’t display the link as it should be. In that case, you will not be able to click on the link you received. You only have to copy and paste the full link, in a new internet page. You will be redirected to the page to change the password.

If, when you copy/paste the link received you have an error message that is displayed, like «this page doesn’t exist», that means that you didn’t copy the link fully. Consequently, please make sure to copy/paste the FULL link.

It’s possible that your mailbox consider the email as a SPAM. You should receive the email very shortly. Consequently, if you don’t receive it, please check your SPAM box. If you don’t have it here either, please check that the email address you filled in was correct.

No. Only one email address can match with a customer record. Consequently, for safety reasons, once an account has been deleted, you can’t use the same email address anymore, to create a new account.
If you regret the deletion of the account, you can ask us to restore the account.

No, Subscriptions are non refundable.

It depends on the situation. It will be subject to a personal analysis, since each case is different.
Thanks to send us an email in order to explain us what happened and why you paid several times. We will evaluate if the refund is justified.

In order to stop your MixtureCloud’s subscription, you should follow 2 steps:

If so, that means that your account i has an unlimited plan which is valid for more than 1 month. In that case, you will have to wait to be 1 month before the end of your account in order to activate this button. You’ll receive an email from us with the title «your account will automatically be renewed in a month». This email is informing you about the ability to access to the «cancel» button in your billing tab of your account.

If you paid, even if you canceled your next invoice, it means that while your first paid, you initiated an automatic payment, that you didn’t cancel afterward.
Consequently, we received a payment from you and so we have credited your account for the month you paid for.

You can cancel the automatic payment at any time. That will have the consequence not to be renewed the month after.
The cancelation of the invoice is possible 1 month before the end of the subscription.
Once the cancelation done, your subscription is still valid and your account activated as unlimited, until the month for which you paid for.

If you received this email, that means that you didn’t cancel the next invoice on time, and that we didn’t receive any payment from you yet, for the month to come.

If you have an automatic payment initiated, a problem of transfer migh have occured. In that case, please ignore this message. Your payment method will make sure to renew the payment a bit later, and the situation will be solved by itself.

If you canceled the automatic payment, but not the next invoice, you have to make the payment in order to pay the invoice not canceled.

Payment thanks to Paypal are only possible for the 1 month subscription.
We can’t offer Paypal’s subscription for a longer term.
For longer subscription, you can choose among the payment methods offered by Paymentwall.

The initialization of an automatic payment depends on the payment method used as far as the duration of the subscription.

- Paypal
If you initialized an automatic payment through Paypal, you received an email directly after your purchase.

- Paymentwall
In order to know if an automatic payment has been initialized with Paymentwall, you only have to connect yourself to your MixtureCloud account.In my account > tab billing > go in «manage my payments» and click on the kind of payment you did. You will be redirected into your Paymentwall account.
If you initialized an automatic payment, a button «recurring payment» will be available in the page of your account.

No, absolutely not. Automatic payments are payment that users have initialized through their payment methods : Paypal or Paymentwall. Consequently, you have to manage it independently of your MixtureCloud’s account.

MixtureCloud is a platform that enables its user to store private files. We would like to set up a perennial relationship. Consequently, if the deletion of the account was the only way to cancel the subscription, that would mean prevent them from accessing to their account for the month they don’t want to pay. It’s not our willingness.

If the error message is:

If that message is displayed, please try to refresh the page, and to restart your browser.

Without providing us this link, we will not be able to find out what the problem can be.

If the error message is:

«There is no file here»

This message means that the file owner have removed the file. It doesn’t exist anymore. In that case, please contact directly the file owner.
